Refunds & Cancellation

• Monthly plans are rolling with no minimum term — cancel anytime from the “Manage subscription” link on the pricing page (Stripe portal) or by emailing us.
• When you cancel, billing stops and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No cancellation fee.
• Cancelling a monthly plan does not automatically delete your account or learning history. You can request deletion separately from the dashboard account area.

• As a UK consumer you normally have a short cancellation period for many online purchases. Digital content can be treated differently once access begins with your agreement.
• If you buy a plan and do not access paid digital content, contact us promptly from the account email so we can review the request.
• If you were charged in error or twice, or the service was materially not as described, contact us and we will review the issue and put it right where appropriate.
• Any refund is returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

A lifetime purchase gives ongoing access to the subject or bundle bought, subject to these terms and the platform continuing to operate. Because lifetime plans provide immediate digital access, refund requests are reviewed case by case, especially if paid content has already been used.

If a student or family member bought a plan by mistake, contact us as soon as possible using the account email and include the plan name, date and Stripe receipt if available. We will review the account access and usage history before deciding the fairest outcome.
