• Topic 1 of every subject is free. Other content needs a paid plan.
• Your account is for you alone — don't share, copy, resell or redistribute our content.
• Keep your login details secure. Younger students should use Proof Academy with parent or guardian involvement.
• Do not upload or submit harmful, abusive, unlawful or unnecessary personal information.

Proof Academy is a revision and learning-support service. If the learner is under 18, a parent or guardian should approve purchases, help manage billing and support responsible use of the account. The account holder is responsible for making sure payment details and contact information are accurate.

• Monthly plans (Premium / Ultimate) renew automatically and are rolling — cancel anytime, no minimum term.
• One-off lifetime purchases are a single payment for ongoing access to the subject(s) you bought.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• If a recurring payment fails, access may be paused, downgraded or cancelled until billing is resolved.

Our lessons, quizzes, AI practice, ProofCoach insights and grade-related tools are study aids, not guarantees of any exam result. They should be used alongside school teaching, official specifications, mark schemes and independent revision. We are not affiliated with any exam board.

AI-generated questions, feedback and recommendations may contain mistakes or need human judgement. Students should check important feedback against course notes, teacher guidance and official materials. Proof Academy may limit, pause or change AI features to protect quality, safety, cost control or platform reliability.

Proof Academy is not an emergency, counselling, mental-health or safeguarding reporting service. If a student is at immediate risk, contact emergency services or a trusted adult. If a message sent to Proof Academy raises a serious safety concern, we may take reasonable steps to protect the student or the platform, including limiting access or contacting the account holder where appropriate.

Proof Academy and ProofCoach are independent learning platforms. IBO, AQA, Pearson, OCR and WJEC were not involved in the production of, and do not endorse, the resources, assessments, AI-generated practice, marking feedback, or learning analytics provided by Proof Academy or ProofCoach.
